Here is Flosum

As of May 2025, I have 5 years of experience in product and UI/UX design. I’ve worked with 9 different startups across various industries — wild but fun times! These experiences turned me into a true generalist. I pick up any skills a project needs, fast. Since I often work with early-stage companies, I also take on business consulting and team-building roles. Design is just one part of my work — leadership and shaping team culture are just as important to me.

I’m an INFJ. I tend to think before I speak, so I might seem quiet at first. I talk a lot during one-on-one convos, but I usually stay quiet if there’s a third person — I love listening. Once I click with someone who shares the same values or interests, though? I can talk forever! P.S. I love cats. A lot. 🐱

It’s pretty obvious from my photos — I’m a gamer at heart! I play a lot of games, like Blade & Soul, LaTale, League of Legends, and all sorts of random games on Steam. But I also love learning — I take entrepreneurship courses and join founder roundtables. On the side, I update my “Job-Hunting Diary” on LinkedIn to support the design community.

I design products I’d love and actually use myself. I don’t just take any job — I pick ones that are meaningful and create real value. I truly believe skills can be learned, and respect is mutual. I deeply admire people who are capable and driven.

Of course! I regularly host virtual coffee chats with designers at all stages of their journey. After graduation, I hit a lot of bumps in the road — so now I choose to speak up and help others avoid the same struggles. I’m currently a LinkedIn creator with 10K+ followers, and I offer free career advice and emotional support, especially for bootcamp grads and recent college graduates navigating the design world.

I once used that photo on a social app and it got flagged — I’m taking that as a weird compliment 😅. I’m actually missing a lower tooth, which makes my jaw a bit asymmetrical. I used to feel insecure about how I looked. Because of my facial structure, makeup doesn’t really work for me… so I never learned how to use it! But this is just how I look — and it doesn’t affect my work ethic or my ability to connect with others. P.S. I’m not looking to date. Seriously. No dates, please. 😄
